Caitlin Beaumont has extensive experience as a legal executive and in-house counsel with two growing, highly respected Fortune 300 companies. She also practiced in a Seattle law firm for 9 years, focusing on employment law and litigation. Caitlin understands the needs and challenges of both in-house and external counsel, as well as HR professionals, and quickly and seamlessly integrates with legal and business teams to achieve their objectives.

Background Information and Qualifications

Private Practice:  Caitlin practiced at a well-respected Seattle law firm for 9 years, focusing on labor and employment law and general litigation. Her labor and employment practice included litigation (individual cases and class actions), advice, training, and preparing employment policies and procedures. On the litigation side, Caitlin represented companies in contract, product liability, trademark/trade dress, non-competition and other disputes.
In-house counsel: Caitlin has extensive experience as a legal executive and in-house counsel at two highly respected, large companies with large numbers of employees in thousands of locations across the world. In addition to serving as lead employment counsel for a large health care company, Caitlin managed many different functions, including commercial litigation, Privacy, clinical risk management, and information governance. She also served as a senior leader in the legal department and focused on training managers within the department and developing legal professionals. Caitlin’s teams are consistently high-performing and highly engaged.
